EventServ Help Guinness Celebrate 250 years!

There’s never been a gig like this before. On September 24th, some of the biggest names in music performed live in the heart of the St. James’s Gate Brewery, in celebration of Arthur’s Day in the home of GUINNESS®.

Eventserv helped Guinness start their celebrations in Dublin by providing staging, front of stage barrier, crowd control fencing and camera towers for this historic event. At exactly 17:59 people raised a glass to the life and legacy of Arthur Guinness. Then, in Hop Store 13, one of the historic, original buildings on the St. James’s Gate site – the headline acts took to the stage (Tom Jones, Estelle & Kasabian), starting a series of celebrations across Dublin, and the globe.

Commenting on the Guinness contract, Paul Griffin, Eventserv Director said: “It’s a further achievement for Eventserv to be chosen as staging contractor for a milestone event such as the Guinness 250 years Arthur’s Day celebrations. Guinness is not only one the largest brands in Ireland but also one recognised globally”.
