One, is that Siteserv plc is giving the graduates an opportunity to work alongside company Directors and Management , to improve their own skills and learn how a company operates. The second, is that Siteserv plc benefits from a fresh approach and wealth of knowledge that comes from hiring recent graduates with a desire to be successful.

As the business is so diverse, the graduates, through placements, are able to get invaluable experience and exposure across a range of sectors, as well as experiencing different organisation structures and management styles. Each placement brings new challenges and learning opportunities, and the graduates are strongly encouraged to contribute and take on tasks that challenge them to their full potential. This is a great way to learn new skills.

Graduate Profiles

Fraser Hastie

Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Fraser has a strong foundation in business, particularly in cross cultural trade. Fraser joined Siteserv plc with a vision to succeed and to invest in the success of the business.

We place huge importance on the investment of leaders of tomorrow. With Fraser’s ability to build strong relationships both internally and with clients, he has played an integral part in the ongoing development of the business. During his placement in Holgate, he was responsible for the formation of two new websites and a product brochure.

Fraser is currently working with Sierra Support Services Group and is playing an active role in the marketing function of the company based in their UK office.

Kenneth Duffy

Kenneth joined Siteserv plc after graduating with an MA in Strategic Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. This Masters Programme provided extensive knowledge and understanding in leadership, project management and strategic thinking which has been extremely valuable in his placement.

With a background in retail management and supervision, Kenneth has brought with him, understanding in human resources, customer service and the delivery of KPIs. He prides himself on the ability to solve problems and has a desire to develop his skills whilst on the Graduate Training Programme.

Kenneth is currently working with the finance team in Holgate implementing a Job Costing system.
