Hugh Cooney - Non-Executive Chairman

Hugh has specialized in corporate finance for the last 14 years. In that period he was Managing Director of NCB Corporate Finance and a global Corporate Finance Partner for Anderson. He is currently a consultant and company director.

Hugh is Chairman of Enterprise Ireland and a Non-Executive Director of Origin Enterprises plc. Hugh had previously worked for 22 years in corporate restructuring and corporate recovery.Hugh has a B.Comm from University College Dublin and is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland.

Brian Harvey - Chief Executive Officer

Brian is the Chief Executive and a major shareholder of Siteserv plc. He has over 20 years general management experience in the hire and sale industry both in Ireland as Head of Sales with an international equipment rental organization, CHEP Ireland, and as a Senior Manager with Ryder System Inc - an equipment leasing and logistics business based in Miami, Florida, USA.

Brian has a BA from University College Dublin and a DBS from the Smurfit Business School.

Patrick Jordan - Chief Operations Officer

Patrick is the Chief Operational Officer of Siteserv plc. He has 20 years experience in the scaffolding formwork sector. Patrick worked in the UK for BET Plant Services as a Product Manager. He founded Easy Access Ltd in 1992 which was subsequently acquired by Siterserv in December 2006. He is a shareholder in Siteserv.

Patrick holds a B.Comm with University College Galway and a Master of Business Studies with University College Dublin.

Robert Dix - Non-Executive Director

Robert has been appointed as a non-executive director. Robert currently works with Education Media & Publishing Group the largest educational publisher in the US. He was formerly a partner in KPMG and was Head of Transaction Services with KPMG Ireland from 1999 up until his retirement in 2008.

Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Niall Devereux - Group Finance Director

Niall joined the Board in June 2009 as the Group Finance Director. In 2008 and 2009, he worked with Bupa developing their market entry plan into China and advising on their health insurance business in Thailand and their start up in India.

Prior to that, he served as Finance & Development Director of Bupa Ireland, a company he helped to form in 1996, where he also had responsibility for developing and managing their Occupational Health businesses. He joined Bupa from the Daily Mail & General Trust plc, in London.

Niall has a B. Comm and a DPA from UCD and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having qualified with Ernst & Young in 1990.

Alex Murphy - Group Director Business Development

Alex has been appointed Group Director Business Development. Prior to joining Siteserv, Alex was Group Sales and Marketing director of Mercury Engineering. He joined Mercury Engineering as Head of Sales in 1994 and was responsible for developing key client relationships, both in Ireland and internationally, as well as ensuring Mercury’s brand name is well recognised in the market place.

He has extensive business development experience in the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors in a number of organisations prior to Mercury, including Kentz.

Alex holds a BBS in Business and Marketing from the University of Limerick.
