The delivery of a superior product and service is reliant not just on being able to do the work safely but on the ability to ensure that every stage of our work undertaken is measured and benchmarked against set criteria and standards. Our quality teams ensure that our processes and systems meet the requirements not just of our customers but also our key stakeholders including legislative requirements and return on investment to our shareholders. ISO 9001 is the quality standard at the core of all our processes and many of our Group companies have achieved this standard, with the remainder of our currently working towards achieving it within the coming year. As part of the continuous development of our quality systems, additional external benchmarking has been identified across the Group and been achieved in industry specific quality assurance schemes. |
